Description
The contribution of migrants to the economy through the direct establishment of new enterprises has gotten little attention. It's critical to establish, develop, and promote new kinds of assistance for development and business formation in order to improve entrepreneurial skills. Our project's goal is to bring these ideas to life.
Survey findings:
- We may conclude that the majority of participants answered that they require resources and tools to ass st them in implementing entrepreneurship training, as well as training on how to use funding programs to establish a form, how to evaluate markets, and how to sell online.
- Knowledge and skills are crucial for increasing entrepreneurial talents and individual factors, according to Interviewees. It is also crucial to highlight that entrepreneurship training may be done alone or in groups.
- The need of having online training was emphasized. Migrants, according to interviews, lack sufficient understanding of necessary financial assistance institutions and government criteria.
- According to the survey results, just about 3% of respondents believe it is simple for a migrant to establish their own business.
- The majority of participants believe that starting a business is difficult.
- Interviewees indicated that they can seek assistance from adult educators who deal with migrants, company registration specialists, and other migrants who were cited as potential supporters.
- Language school instructors are less sympathetic, but they are helping people effectively implement into societies and generate work opportunities.
